We recognise that customers are naturally inquisitive, and since your orders are made-to-order, we guarantee to ship all of our products from our warehouse within four days. Depending on the delivery pin code's serviceability, your order should be delivered within 10–15 days of placing the order.
Our commitment is to deliver your order promptly, accurately, and in excellent condition, as we promise. The satisfaction of our content customers is evidence of our exceptional shipping and delivery services.
Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

We apologize but we do not have the facility of returning the product to the courier agent and taking the cash back from him. In case you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us through the available contact options, returns and refunds are processed in accordance with our Return/Refund Policy.
5. Do you deliver pan India?We are currently not delivering products outside India. To arrange for a delivery, kindly email to info@banishshoes.com and we will send you a shipping quote for the same.
7. My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?We would be able to change the shipping address till the time we have not packed and shipped the order. Kindly drop in email at info@banishshoes.com and tell us your new shipping address.
