1. How long does it take for delivery?

We strive to offer our customers an exceptional shopping experience by providing top-notch services even after the purchase has been made. We recognise that customers are naturally inquisitive, and since your orders are made-to-order, we guarantee to ship all of our products from our warehouse within four days. Depending on the delivery pin code's serviceability, your order should be delivered within 10–15 days of placing the order.
Our commitment is to deliver your order promptly, accurately, and in excellent condition, as we promise. The satisfaction of our content customers is evidence of our exceptional shipping and delivery services.
Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

2. Can I have my order delivered on a particular day?
We strive to deliver products purchased from Banish shoes in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. However, we can't commit on a particular day delivery as that depends on the logistics provided by our shipping partner.
3. How can I track my order?

Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track Order that appears in the footer of our website. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team through any of the options below: 

An email is sent to you from our courier partner Shiprocket after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider.
4. Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?

We apologize but we do not have the facility of returning the product to the courier agent and taking the cash back from him. In case you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us through the available contact options, returns and refunds are processed in accordance with our Return/Refund Policy. 

5. Do you deliver pan India?
Yes we deliver pan India.
6. Does Banish deliver products outside India?

We are currently not delivering products outside India. To arrange for a delivery, kindly email to info@banishshoes.com and we will send you a shipping quote for the same.

7. My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team through the available contact options.An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider.You can track the status of your order by clicking here.
8. How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

We would be able to change the shipping address till the time we have not packed and shipped the order. Kindly drop in email at info@banishshoes.com and tell us your new shipping address.

9. How do you calculate the shipping charges ?
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
