1. How do I return/exchange an item?

Products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery of orders.

If you wish to place a return or exchange request, kindly place a request on our return or exchange- request page.

Fill in your Order Id and mobile number used to place the order. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 15 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.

Instead of offering a cash refund, our return policy for cash on delivery orders consists of providing a coupon equal to the value of the returned product. This coupon is redeemable in our online store for future purchases.


Following products are not eligible for return:

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any item that has been worn or washed.
  • We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.


Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are quick. We will ship out the exchanged item once we receive the old item back at our warehouse. However, exchange is only possible if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our logistics team or the desired product or size is available in stock.   • In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well
  • A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.
  • In case any return/exchange request is rejected on the basis of a physical quality check by the Banish team, the customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request. In an event he/she wants to use the sent pair(s) of shoe(s), Banish will courier the shoe(s) on the required address, however the cost of logistic and handling (to be intimated at the time of courier) to be borne by the customer and to be paid in advance to the Banish team. In case of failure of the logistic cost paid in advance, Banish Shoes will not ship the product.
